Estimates assume all the credits go to either video or images (video: 16:9, 720p or lower, no reference video, 10-second clips; images: up to one reference image). They change with the model and length, and video is lower at 1080p and above.Credits do not expire (unused credits lapse if you close your account).
Questions about pricing
When do I see how many credits I will use?
The number is shown before you generate (Terms, Article 5). It depends on the model, the length and the resolution.
Which models can I use?
Four for video: Seedance 2.5 makes 4–30 seconds up to 1080p, 2.0 makes 4–15 seconds up to 4K, and 2.0 Fast and 2.0 Mini make 4–15 seconds up to 720p. Two for images: Seedream 5.0 Pro (up to 2K) and Seedream 5.0 (up to 4K). The models on offer can change (Terms, Article 13).
Do credits expire?
No. If you close your account, unused credits lapse and, except where the law requires otherwise, are not refunded (Terms, Articles 5 and 15).
Which payment methods can I use?
The methods available now are shown on the purchase screen. Bank transfer is not supported. If a method charges a fee, you pay it (Terms, Article 6).
Do prices include tax?
Yes. Credit prices are shown with consumption tax included (Terms, Article 5).
What happens to my credits if a generation fails?
If a generation does not finish — an outage, a moderation refusal or another reason — the credits held for it are not spent and go back to your account (Terms, Article 5). A result that falls short of what you hoped for is not refunded. A regeneration is a new generation and uses the credits shown before it runs (Articles 5 and 7).
Can I get a refund?
Returns, cancellations and refunds for your own reasons are not accepted after purchase. If the cause is ours — a double charge, or credits not added after payment — we investigate and add the credits or refund you (Terms, Article 7).
Can I use the results commercially?
The Terms have no clause that prohibits commercial use. Before you publish, check that the work does not infringe the rights of others (Article 8). Hiding that AI made something in order to deceive people is prohibited (Article 10).
Given the nature of credits, refunds for your own reasons are not accepted after purchase. Commercial disclosure (Tokushoho)
